AMAZING!
our first host house was a 90 year old woman named Charlotte. She inspired us so much. She played 18 holes of golf twice a week, swam 1 or 2 days a week, rode her tricycle all over town, read books flat out, and had as much energy as a 5 year old! The best day was when she drove us to our UBC Crit. Heavy on the brake and heavy on the gas, but she knew every shortcut and every turn we needed to take. She was amazing.
Then we stayed with a couple that lived close to white rock. Jim and Bonnie and their amazing dog Mocha! What isn’t there to say about them. Over the top in every area. They made Sean and I feel completely at home and their amazing dog came outside to meet us every single time we returned to the house. I have to say I was really sad that I had to go.
Nic Hamilton was able to WIN the overall for the final 3 day Tour of White Rock! We worked our tails off and it paid off. Congrats to Nic!
Nic’s loving family was at every race and was a HUGE reason why we were able to race so well. They feed us at home, they feed us at the races, they drove us to the hospital, they were just amazing.
I havn’t had so much fun suffering in a long long time. Thank you to everyone involved in BC Superweek.

We have to use amazing coffee, 93 octane, a scooter, and tons of country roads because we do not have Anthony Clark to drag us around at 50kph.
SICK WHAT!!!!!

So Super Junior Austin is allowed to ride as he pleases and this is the result after a few hrs….
Austin is an up coming cyclist from my neck of the Ozark woods and I will have to say it is always a pleasure to watch him live and learn.

Those that haven’t should check out the INOU Atlas website….make sure to click the English tab at the top. It has some sweet rides and photos from all around the globe.
INOU Atlas
It’s nice being able to relive certain rides.
Like seeing the photos of the pack dropping me or the random HOT ROD I am always searching out, but rarely find.

Now I am not a big proponent of supplements that state to increase this or that or speed this or that, but I do feel like this has kicked up my game without any fears of WADA or USADA knocking at my door telling me I have to sit the bench.
ya ya ya if your worried then call them up or read below.
