A friend that is a diet mountain dew code red drinker sent me this:
Mountain Dew Ebay Auction
I am actually interested in this. But they need to give more details. So i sent them an email:

Hi ESPN dudes,
I am interested in bidding on your one year supply of mountain dew, However, you have not given any specific info. Please answer the following questions:
Exactly how many ounces do you consider a years supply? A one year supply to a sorority girl would probably be a 8 - 13 day supply for me.
Does this cover All forms of mountain dew? Diet mountain dew code red, and diet mountain dew?
If i am in canada where they cant put Caffiene (the funny thing is i just didnt know to spell caffiene, It took me a second to realize just look at the soda bottle sitting right next to me.) in anything but dark drinks, can i substitue something else from the same bottler?
If diet mountain dew code red (my favorite) goes off the market before the lapse of one year, how will my family and I be compensated?
If I am in a market where diet mountain dew code red is not available, will you ship some to me?
Finally, how is there orange juice listed in the ingredients but there are no calories in an 8 fl. oz serving?
Thanks, Get back to me soon.
Mike Jones

Ok, if my calculations are correct, this would equal 6,912 ounces of diet code red mountain dew.
If my other calculations are correct, this would only be a 70 day supply for me considering i drink about 100 ounces of soda a day.
I think this is false advertising. I am going to contact a lawyer. Ill let you know how that goes.

HI,
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2704984629/
The above is a link to ESPN auctions for a year supply of Mountain Dew. No place in the auction do they say how much a year supply is defined by them. I emailed them from a different email to see exactly how much they consider a one years supply of mountain dew to be. The stated that it is coupons for 24 , 24 packs of cans. That would be about a 70 day supply for me, about 300 days shy of a year. If i win this auction and then run out of coupons 3 month into my year, Will I be able to sue them? If so is this a case you would be interested in? They always say to go after deep pockets, i would say EPSN has deep pockets.
Let me Know.

Well, well, where to start? Its 7:30 Monday morning and I find myself already on a flight back home to Phoenix after this past weekend’s Downers Grove National Criterium Championships. First of, as I sit on this flight, I find myself wondering who in the world ever buys anything from the airlines Sky Mall magazine? Its 195 pages filled with pure crap. Example: A solar powered self cooling baseball cap. Who needs one of those anyways? Alright, back to the issue at hand.
